To Lose Weight or Not?
Doing a Google search has revealed that there are millions of people who are overweight and many want to lose weight either for health or cosmetic reasons.Some however are resigned to being fat as they feel that weight loss is hard to achieve.
Losing weight is not as easy as putting on weight. However most people want to lose weight fast.
Is there an easy way to lose weight? So long as you eat less than your daily calorie requirements, you will lose weight, but slowly. However, that will make you feel hungry most of the time.
Here’s one way to overcome that. Change your current eating habits. Instead of eating 3 main meals plus mid-morning snacks and afternoon teas, you should eat 6 small meals a day. Spread those meals throughout the day so that you will not feel hungry.
Breakfast is the most important meal but that doesn’t mean that you can load up. Eat enough to feel almost full and this will keep your metabolism fired up and keep burning calories all day long.
Include regular exercise such as brisk walking or swimming or cycling.
This will help you to lose weight. Try it out. I did and I’m maintaining the weight loss I achieved.
